What’s It Like to Work at AJ?
When I joined AJ, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in Housing as my background was centered on child protection in under-privileged communities. Finding a Housing recruitment company was one thing, but finding a company that places so much emphasis on social value was the icing on the cake. There’s a really natural blend of doing your job and creating social value, which for me is really important. Being one of the newest members of the team, I found it really easy to settle in through our regular team socials. I’ve been here for 8 months and it already feels like years, which is testament to the close-knit and inclusive culture.

I joined Andersen James recently from a generic sales background, not really knowing what to expect from a recruitment business. I have found the induction process and the training second to none, not only have I had a structured development plan to follow in my first few months, but have also had one to one coaching with the Directors.
